If I may say so myself....
What makes me unique as a health coach is my ability to laugh at myself especially when the going gets tough. Having grown up with funny parents I've learned to find the humor in every situation from the good, to the bad and to the ugly. And In turn, get others to laugh along with me. My entire life, I've always made people laugh and feel good about themselves. Becoming a coach just made sense.
