WHAT KIND OF HEALTH COACH AM I?

I call myself a Master of Habit Change. I believe that taking slow, deliberate baby-steps, is not only the most efficient and effective way to learn new habits, but more importantly also the best way to sustain them, forever!! Why not?

IF I MAY SAY SO MYSELF.....

What makes me unique as a health coach is my ability to laugh at myself especially when the going gets tough. Growing up with funny parents, I've learned to find the humor in most situations whether good, bad, or ugly - and almost always I get others to laugh along with me. Throughout life, I've always made people laugh and to feel great about themselves. Becoming a coach just made sense.

I GET IT...A WORK IN PROGRESS

In the past I went through life knowing that I needed to make deep changes in all the major areas: Love, finances, spirituality, career, and health. I chased my tail, I cut corners, I burned the candle at both ends - I did whatever I thought might work to improve my situation, but never obtained desirable results that stuck. Inevitably I found myself back at square one. "Through extensive training to become a health and wellness coach, along with developing my own slow and steady approach to habit change, every area of my life has transformed."
